It has been a smashing start to the financial year here at BigCity with the cricket season setting new records. In anticipation of the high levels of consumer engagement during the run-up to T20 and World Cup tournaments, we decided to gather actual data about consumers. We ran a 1000-consumer survey to understand consumer preferences regarding offers and promotions, especially with respect to the cricket season. From the survey data, we extracted insights, and published the BigCity Cricket Season Promo Report 2019. This helped us and brands take the right decisions to optimize the impact of promotions designed for the season. Retailers won an instant Rs.1000 cash discount & stood a chance to win Rs.10000 gold GV. As a grand prize, both customers and retailers had a chance to meet MS Dhoni.
