Bharati AXA wanted to minimize turnover and develop their employees’ interests both personally and professionally. Keeping in mind the TG of 23-28 year olds with an active lifestyle, we curated a box of experiences including adventure sports, hobbies, weekend getaways and more. More than 30% of the employees redeemed their favorite experience within the first couple of weeks of the program launch. 

With a large base of women employees in India, SAP has been celebrating Women’s Day for their women employees every year. On Women's Day, they wanted to steer clear from the regular e-commerce gift vouchers and explore a different gifting solution. With the women employees in mind, and given their diverse profile , we curated experiences wherein whether the women preferred adventure, pampering or food, we had it all covered.

BCD Travel was looking to engage with employees on a quarterly basis and reward key performers via more than just monetary rewards. Befitting the brief, we curated a box of fun experiences that included 5-star luxury dining, adventure sports, shopping gift vouchers, family day outs, spa sessions and more. These boxes were given away to top performers and they could redeem them within the quarter.
