Cloudnine wanted to gratify around 600 senior doctors on Doctor’s Day. They had already done a similar recognition program in the previous year, where they had given merchandise and e-commerce gift vouchers. However, this year, they wanted to do something different.
We curated a set of exclusive experiences ranging from golf lessons to gourmet experiences to name a few. The doctors were given five experiences to choose from, in a beautifully embossed purple box, since purple is Cloudnine’s brand colour.
The doctors who received the boxes, immediately started redeeming the experiences and were thrilled with the options. Cloudnine successfully delighted around 600 senior doctors who are critical to their business through their revamped recognition program.
