Vikas

Vikas heads key accounts management, project transitions and business development at BigCity and is based out of our headquarters in Bangalore.  He has grown  BigCity team from four in a room to 120 in three cities. An MBA from La Trobe University, Australia, he has worked with TLC Marketing, prior to starting up BigCity. At TLC, he was part of the core team which help set up operations in India. His previous stints were in BPO as Project Lead (Operations & Transitions) for telecom and travel industry. Here, he successfully managed a team of over 100 people, across multiple locations in India and Philippines. When he doesn’t have his hands in ten things at BigCity, he’s on an adventure with his two sons – surfing, diving or trekking. Never short on energy, Vikas is always the first to enjoy his team’s successes. One of the most unassuming people in leadership positions, Vikas loves his metaphors and delivers puns like BigCity delivers campaigns.
