While compliance with new regulations and keeping track of competitors remains a major challenge, maintaining customer loyalty is by far the biggest challenge for the financial services sector. Earlier, corporate gifting and priviledge programs were handled at branch-level at Axis bank. To bring about consolidation, we put together a platform for Axis, using which they could centrally run any corporate gifting or priviledge programs. Our role was to identify 12,000 to 15,000 customers monthly who were to be targeted and given Premium Privileges. We crafted the Axis Bank Premium Privileges Calendar, in which priority customers were offered a different experience every month. Each month had a theme, which varied from movies, shopping, magazine subscriptions to dining and more. We also gave away Axis bank branded merchandise like Parker pens and DVD sets during one of the months. We handled the campaign end-to-end including partnerships with relevant experience providers, sourcing of merchandise and logistics. The campaign went a long way in bringing about the much-desired stickiness of premium customers.
