Role will involve –
● Managing business development team across Mumbai with the sole objective of building
efficiencies and achieving annual targets set by the company.
● Grooming the Business Development Managers & Senior Managers, and setting up a
● scalable Sales infrastructure which will take Mumbai & West region to the next level
in terms of both revenue and scalability.
● Managing large National Key accounts and ensuring participation in pitches, and
meetings to close business with key decision makers across various sectors.
● Managing and building pipelines & assisting in effective closures.
● To motivate, Inspire and drive teams to achieve their personal targets ( This role will
involve – leading by example).
● Mentoring the team on cold calling, presentations, pitches, and helping them achieve
required impact among key decision makers (Marketing Heads/Brand Heads/Category
Heads).
● An eye for detail and a solid understanding of the diverse range of marketing strategies
across FMCG, Retail, Consumer Durable sectors
● Being responsible for an aggressive top line target and also being a part of new product
