Roles & Responsibilities:
● As a BDM, you will be responsible to drive revenue growth by onboarding new clients and generating opportunities within the assigned region for consumer promotions, sales promotions, contests, and sweepstakes.
● Lead B2B concept sales efforts, ensuring individual targets and company objectives are met.
● Identify, prospect, and engage with India’s top brand managers, marketers, and marketing heads through cold calling, regular interactions, and persuasive presentations. ● Develop and deliver customized sales and trade promotion campaigns, requiring a deep understanding of brand marketing strategies, BTL/ATL promotions, and consumer engagement techniques.
● Think strategically to align brand objectives and marketing goals with BigCity’s in-house rewards and tech-based solutions.
● Build and nurture relationships with key prospects for large consumer and corporate programs, leveraging insights into India’s loyalty landscape.
● Maintain and expand a strong sales pipeline by sourcing leads from internal and external databases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● 2–4 years of experience in a business development or client acquisition role within a B2B sales environment.
● Strong communication and presentation skills, with a background in concept/solution sales.
● Experience in corporate sales, particularly in engaging with marketing heads, CMOs, and trade marketing teams.
● Proven ability to establish and develop industry networks and long-term client relationships.
● Preferably well-connected with decision-makers in sectors such as Retail, Telecom, Consumer Durables, FMCG, and Banking. ● Prior experience working in a team-oriented environment, with a willingness to travel across India.
