Mousumi has 11 years of work experience across various verticals which includes Operation Management, Client Management, Product Development and Strategic Alliance Outsourcing. She started her career in international BPO sector with Convergys India after her MBA from JIMS, New Delhi.  She joined BigCity three years back as Manager of Operations and is the major reason for our camapigns getting delivered flawlessly. Mousumi is a photography and travel enthusiast – and loves to party it up.
