Solution

We developed the Baby Royale program to create lasting emotional engagement and build deep-rooted customer loyalty. Through a dedicated app, we provided young mothers with expert parenting tips and holistic childcare advice, addressing their concerns across every stage of their journey. To complement this, we introduced a point-based rewards system, enabling families to earn points with every Himalaya Baby Care product purchase.
