Solution

BigCity created a targeted promotion offering HNI customers a curated set of premium experiential rewards — from a 1-night stay at a 5-star hotel to a luxurious Sunday brunch for two, or a gold/silver-class movie experience with complimentary popcorn. Redemption was seamless through a custom online portal, where customers entered their voucher code, verified details via OTP, and selected their reward. A dedicated concierge service managed bookings and fulfillment, ensuring a flawless experience.

Impact

The program successfully elevated Tanishq’s engagement with its HNI base, strengthened loyalty through premium experiences, and reinforced the brand’s image as a trusted, aspirational name that delivers beyond jewellery.
