Roles & Responsibilities:
● As a BDM – Loyalty, you will be responsible for increasing revenue through new clients and
generating new opportunities in the region assigned in the loyalty marketing and Trade domain.
● Lead B2B concept sales efforts, ensuring individual targets and company objectives are met.
● Identify, prospect, and engage with India’s top brand managers, marketers, and marketing heads
through cold calling, regular interactions, and persuasive presentations.
● Develop and deliver customized Loyalty and trade campaigns, requiring a deep understanding of
brand marketing strategies, and channel partner engagement techniques.
● Think strategically to align brand objectives and marketing goals with BigCity’s in-house rewards
and tech-based solutions.
● Build and nurture relationships with key prospects for large consumer and corporate programs,
leveraging insights into India’s loyalty landscape.
● Maintain and expand a strong sales pipeline by sourcing leads from internal and external
databases.
● Engage closely with all prospects for large consumer and corporate programs, understanding
Loyalty landscape of India and address specific industry client’s needs accordingly.
Required Skills:
● The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a client acquisition role within a business
environment.
● We seek individuals with exceptional communication and presentation skills, preferably with a
strong background in concept and solution sales.
● Experience in B2B corporate sales and a deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies
are essential. Candidates with experience engaging Marketing Heads, Chief Marketing Officers,
and Trade Marketing teams will have an added advantage.
● The role requires the ability to build and maintain strong industry or functional networks.
● Candidates should have prior experience working in a team and must be willing to travel across
India as required.
