BigCity managed the contest and winner fulfillment through a seamless online process. Eligible customers were entered into a daily draw pool, with winners selected using a randomizer. Each day, 2–3 winners received 1g gold coins, while at the end of the campaign, one grand prize winner was announced for the Malaysia trip.
