Overview
Duroflex launched a festive promotion in Kerala to boost in-store footfalls and increase average spends during Onam. Customers purchasing recliners or mattresses worth ₹10,000+ and registering their warranty stood a chance to win daily gold coins and a grand prize trip to Malaysia.
Solution
BigCity managed the contest and winner fulfillment through a seamless online process. Eligible customers were entered into a daily draw pool, with winners selected using a randomizer. Each day, 2–3 winners received 1g gold coins, while at the end of the campaign, one grand prize winner was announced for the Malaysia trip. BigCity handled winner verification, communication, and dispatch, ensuring smooth execution.
